Specializing in Semi-Dry Salami, Dry Sausage and Smoked Hams the facility is equipped with advanced stuffing machines and a large capacity drying room.

Exporting

Select products are exported to all major supermarkets in Trinidad, Tobago, Antigua, St. Vincent, and Mexico.
